TIP - It's all about getting those Flying Geese to match up.

My tip - pop a pin through the cross on one side and the top of the FG tip on the other, this way they well line up.

It's the last week of block making, can you believe it?! Just four arrow blocks and one centre rainbow star and then you've all the blocks you need.

Arrow Blocks
I love these blocks, they were one of the design features where the background fabric and the coloured fabric get to shine. You should be a pro at this now and these blocks are fairly simple to sew together. My main tips would be the same as in previous weeks, so:
  • Watch the points on your Flying Geese, where they meet in the middle.
  • Pin, it's boring and time consuming but needed

Rainbow Star
The very last block and it's super simple. I do love a Rainbow star and you'll have seen me use them frequently. My biggest tip here is double check your fabric colours and the order they go in.

You'll also be left with a spare HST in each of the colours, so if you have a little spare background fabric then why not make a matching cushion or pouch?

WOW that's it for blocks, just got the quilt top sewing next week!
